This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Motionairy website or any related digital platform. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds Policy – General Rule
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our digital services and customized content creation, we do not offer refunds unless the service is not delivered at all.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a personalized service, which is exempt from the standard EU 14-day withdrawal period under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
Refunds Granted Only if Work Is Not Delivered
You are eligible for a refund only in the event that we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service. “Non-delivery” means:
- No files or results were submitted within the mutually agreed timeframe;
- No work has been started or provided after payment was made.
If we fail to deliver, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after the order was started;
- You no longer need the service;
- You were dissatisfied with creative preferences (unless a formal revision process was completed);
- You failed to provide required inputs or collaboration in time;
- The service was completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
Custom, Bespoke, and One-Off Projects
Custom editing work, one-on-one collaboration, and any bespoke content is non-refundable once work has started.
Clients are expected to review all details and specifications prior to confirming their purchase. If there are concerns, please contact us before payment.
Discounted Purchases
Discounted or promotional orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Subscriptions
We currently do not offer any recurring subscription services. This section is not applicable.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund due to non-delivery, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date.
For all refund inquiries, we recommend contacting us directly via Discord (@blisotrax) or Telegram (@Blisotrax). Email ([email protected]) may be used if needed, but all responses will continue via Discord or Telegram.
Include:
- Your full name
- Order ID or reference
- Brief explanation of the issue
- Any relevant evidence (if applicable)
Response Time
We review all refund requests within 7 calendar days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method (only PayPal at the moment).
Abuse or Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse, fraud, or unreasonable behavior. This includes repeat refund requests without valid grounds, or attempts to bypass our terms
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Den Haag.
